Lakyn + Hunter + Max Patch Engagement Session

Lakyn, Hunter and I all travelled hours to meet up at Max Patch in North Carolina for their engagement session and it was so worth it. Luckily, I was able to bundle up and be warm but they had to freeze for the sake of some cute photos. The wind chill was absolutely insane because the elevation is so high and it was in the 30’s, I think. Lakyn went barefoot and I have no idea how she did it, because I was hurting to the bone and I had on a puffer jacket. Sometimes, you gotta do what you gotta do for a good photo! I can’t wait for their wedding at The Barns at Chip Ridge in Abingdon, VA!

Christan + Tyler + Cliffs of Moher

CLIFFS OF MOHER + DUBLIN, IRELAND

Tyler reached out to me about 3 weeks ago saying he was going to propose to Christan when they went on their trip to Dublin, Ireland. I WAS SO EXCITED. I flew out to Dublin and the day before we came out to the Cliffs of Moher he proposed in a super romantic spot at Howth Cliff Walk and I got to be there to photograph it. We drove 3 1/2 hours the day after that to the cliffs and got lucky enough to get all of these photos for an engagement session at golden hour. It may or may not have required some minor trespassing but you tell me— worth it?? These two are so fun, lovey, and silly and that’s exactly the atmosphere that creates the most fun + intimate photos. This Ireland trip was one for the books.
